Your future team

Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. Join our motivated, high-performance and diverse team in Black Forest. This is a 6-month temporary position (starting in October), ideal if you're looking to kickstart your career in the account management world!

Your role in this journey

• Support Account Managers with new hosts’ onboarding and with all of their post-booking related questions.
• Focus on special campaigns launched by Holidu to increase our customer performance.
• Collaborate on the organization of local events, whether in-office gatherings or broader community initiatives.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and special projects throughout your internship.

Your backpack is filled with

• Recently finished degree in tourism, economics, business administration or any related fields.
• A naturally curious mindset and a genuine eagerness to keep learning and exploring new ideas.
• A proactive, dynamic attitude with a strong sense of self-responsibility.
• Positive mindset towards new challenges and an empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
• Near-native German skills – both written and spoken, with English proficiency at an intermediate to fluent level.
• No previous experience is required, newly graduated students are welcome to apply.
