As a Process Expert in Hot Forming, you will play a key role in shaping and harmonizing global hot forming processes for ampoules, cartridges, and vials. You will act as a technical authority, trainer, and primary contact for our international production sites. Knowledge Management and Standardization Define, develop, and implement harmonized global process standards Technical Support, Training and Qualification Design and implement global qualification and training programs Support production sites in stabilizing, optimizing and standardizing processes Deliver remote and on-site training sessions combining theory with hands-on practice Project Work and Development Support and contribute significantly to process trials and validations in production settings Apply your expertise actively in development and research projects Organize and facilitate global expert meetings Drive and coordinate global knowledge exchange initiatives in hot forming Intercultural competence and ability to perform in international teams Fluency in English, both written and spoken Your Benefits Ready to make an impact by driving global innovation at SCHOTT Pharma?
